Marc wohling: co-founder

Marc has a BSc and an MSc. He has more than 20 years experience working across Asia in the global consulting industry with a focus on the energy, resources and international development sectors. His work has included sustainable livelihoods, organisational development, UX/UI design, R- Language, technology adoption and intergenerational knowledge transfer in emerging economies. Marc sees the !Kontakte platform playing an integral role in helping young people across Asia adapt to the changing world of work, as the region’s economies transition into the 4IR

Rowan pearce: co-founder

Rowan is the Managing Director of SPS Energy, Construction & Infrastructure Services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has 20 years deep sector experience in the contingent workforce and global mobility logistics. Rowan has witnessed first hand, the accelerating changes in industry workforce structure across SE Asia, driven by the transition economy and the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR). He sees !Kontakte as offering a critical technological solution to improving the equity and accessibility of work particularly to the remote and regional contingent workforce across Asia.
